Your protection

Our operation is based in France, and it is a legal requirement that our French company holds :

 - An "Habilitation de Tourisme" - awarded by the government department    responsible for tourism
 - Public liability insurance
 - Tour operator failure protection

Also, all our guides are required by their respective associations to hold their own personal public liability insurance.

Your safety

We don’t take any risks with the security of our guests.

All our guides are qualified Accompangatuers, International Mountain Leaders (IML), or Guides de Haute Montagnes.

Mel is qualified to IML standard, as well as being affiliated to the equivalent French Accompagnatuer association (SNAM), and will lead all walking or trekking tours and winter snowshoeing.

All technical activites (via ferrata, rock climbing, alpinism, canyoning etc) will be guided by local and very experienced Guide de Haute Montagnes.
